Challenges

We now have two challenges in Thistle Quilt Guild.

The first challenge is organized by Anne Mattie. The challenge is: "It's My Birthday!". The challenge is to make anything - wall hanging, table topper, anything - that reflects your birthday. The interpretation is up to you. The challenge is due for our May meeting (NOT BEFORE!) or for our Quilt Show (30 May). So come up with something fun and bring it to our May meeting. The second challenge is to make a Christmas ornament to decorate our Christmas tree at our Quilt Show. The suggestion is to make a star - any kind of star: pieced, redwork, any star - or if you don't want to make a star, then anything to decorate the Christmas tree will be most welcome.

Enjoy these two challenges. Maybe try a new technique or revisit an old favourite. Have fun! No stress.
